The students engage in conversation from reading a variety of advanced level complex materials while increasing and using vocabulary for college readiness. The course emphasizes reading skills such as recognizing the main ideas, facts and opinions, drawing inferences, comparing different sources, and understanding web sources. Pronunciation of Standard American English is also emphasized in order to improve speaking skills. 32.0108.5212 Completion of ESOL 0364 with a "C" or better is equivalent to READ 0303
