This course is designed to assist real estate professionals in becoming proficient in residential real estate transactions, real estate appraisal, and real estate finance. The course also acquaints the student with a knowledge of analyzing "creative financing"arrangements such as balloon mortgages and wrap around financing, which are either difficult or impossible using traditional finance and investment tables.
