Concepts, techniques, and assessments leading to proficiency in skills and activities used as treatment interventions in occupational therapy. Emphasizes the occupational therapy assistant's role in the OT process. Learning Outcomes: The student will discuss selected preparatory methods and how they are used to enhance occupational performance; identify indications/contraindications and precautions of selected preparatory methods; demonstrate proficiency in selected areas of the OT process. Prerequisites: OTHA 1305, OTHA 1315, OTHA 1309, and OTHA 2311; Co-requisite: OTHA 2301 and OTHA 2309.
