Production of advanced reports of physician dictation with increasing speed and accuracy including history and physicals, consultations, discharge summaries, operative reports, and other medical reports. Learning Outcomes: Use specific formats for advanced dictated medical documents; utilize complex medical references as resource tools; perform accurate transcription for advanced physician dictation; identify medical inconsistencies and discrepancies; and demonstrate increased transcription speed and accuracy.
