Astudy of concepts that serve as the foundation for health profession courses. Topics include client handling and safety issues, basic client monitoring, and health documentation methods. Learning Outcomes: The student will identify and comply with Occupational, Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines and universal precautions; and identify and respond to basic medical emergencies. The student will perform client monitoring skills; and perform effective health care documentation.
