Exit-level developmental writing course designed for students who have satisfactorily completed ENGL 0310, but who have not yet met college readiness standards on a state approved writing assessment. Also appropriate for students who elect to take a developmental writing course to develop college-level writing skills. Emphasis on the persuasive essay and research and documentation skills. Refinement of usage, grammar, and sentence structure skills included. Lab required. Prerequisite: Successful completion of ENGL 0310.
