Provides the articulating student the opportunity to examine the role of the professional nurse; application of a systematic problem solving process and critical thinking skills which includes a focus on the adult population in selected settings, and competency in knowledge, judgment, skill and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. Must be repeated if RNSG 2163 is not successful. Prerequisites: BIOL 2401, 2402, 2420, CHEM 1406, PSYC 2301, 2314. Concurrent enrollment in RNSG 2163. Assessment Levels: R3, E3, M3.
