Application development using complex database programming techniques emphasizing multiple interrelated files, menu design, security implementation and multiple access. Topics include review of database models with major emphasis on the relational model, development of physical schema and data sets, report writing, querying techniques, SQL, screen layout/design and scripting and programming language access to databases. Course offered only in the Spring semester. Prerequisites: ITSW 1407 and either ITSE 2409 or 2449.
