This course covers principles and practices of human resource management. This course contains topics such as recruiting, hiring, evaluating, training and developing employees with legal implications for each of these areas. This course is not open to BBA students and will not count toward a BBA. A grade of C or higher is required for this course to count toward graduation in a College of Professional Studies certificate or degree program. Prerequisite: MGMT 3101 (C).
