Emphasizes management functions including how managers plan, exercise leadership, organize, and control the operations. Members of the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) organization that participate during the entire training program and document a minimum of 50 hours of active participation, can be awarded credit for this course with the approval of the SIFE Faculty Advisor.
