An evolutionary survey of the following representative groups: algae, fungi, mosses, ferns, and seed plants (angiosperms and gymnosperms). Lecture and laboratory aspects are integrated. Co-requisite: BIOX 1411. Completion of BIOL 1406 is recommended prior to enrollment in this course.
