Description: This course deals with specific forms of relief available to litigants particularly through modern courts of equity. The expanding use of injunctions and methods of their enforcement through criminal and civil contempt proceedings will form the heart of the course. These actions will be contrasted with traditional forms of relief available in courts of law.
