Description: A course in the regulation of land use taught by an academic and a seasoned practitioner. Topics include zoning, subdivision controls, planning methods, constitutional limits on land use regulation (takings, due process, first amendment), and a variety of critical issues, including ballot box zoning, historic preservation, and exclusionary zoning.
