Fall Semester This course examines issues in the field of sport and sport management as they affect us, our culture, and society. The specific topic for the course changes from semester to semester according to faculty and student interest. Topics such as race and gender in sport as well as current trends and issues are possible topics. Introduction to Sport Management, or History and Philosophy of Sport, and/or Sport Behavior are recommended as a strong foundation before enrolling, but are not prerequisites. 3 credit hours.
