Spring Semester This course is a survey of French Civilization and Culture. It begins with a chronological overview of the history of France from prehistoric times to the present. Also included are the French achievements in literature, the arts and the sciences. The second part of the course deals with family life, education, economic life, government and leisure. Prerequisite: FRN 202 or equivalent. 3 credit hours.
