This course focuses on the comparison between English and Spanish in three areas: phonology, morphology, and syntax. Special attention is paid to the areas of interference between Spanish and English in an effort to help students improve pronunciation and understand the underlying structure of the target language. Prerequisite: 6 credits in Spanish above the 200 level. 3 credit hours.
