Examines advanced applications of organizational behavior theory, such as perception, motivation and communication. Experiential exercises provide opportunities for applying theory and processes beyond basic principles. Case studies, simulations, role playing, and organizational development exercises similar to those in training and development programs in both corporate and nonprofit organizations are utilized in the course. Prerequisite: MGMT:360. 2 SH.
