Fall-Spring-Summer Semesters An introduction to the art, aesthetics, theory and practice of black and white photography. Emphasis will be on the technical skills and aesthetic decisions practiced in the darkroom to produce exhibition quality prints. The student will be expected to supply his/her own camera (35 mm SLR with manual control), paper and film. 3 credit hours. Satisfies ADR I. 5 lecture and studio periods.
