A study of advanced video editing techniques and special effects utilizing computerized editing systems and computer graphics. Students will produce complete programs and projects from field-recorded video, as well as studio-recorded productions. The emphasis will be on both the technical operation of sophisticated editing systems and the aesthetics of program editing. Prerequisite: COMM:282. 2 SH.
