The course will highlight such historical epochs of Christianity as the Apostolic period, the age of the Fathers of the Church, the monastic movement, the men's and women's religious movementsof the Middle Ages, the Schism between the Eastern and Western Churches and the Church in the Renaissance period. Offered alternate years. Three credits.
