This course provides the student with the hands-on skills to develop and debug COBOL applications in a zEnterprise system. Students will be introduced to TSO logon procedures, JCL, the ISPF, RDz, and SDSF. Fundamental COBOL coding rules, syntax, sequential batch report file processing. arithmetic verbs, conditional control structures, level 88s, data validation, utility sorting, control-break logic, and processing and searching single-level tables are presented. Prerequisite: INFS1010, INFS1020, INFS1030, INFS1050 or MATH2070
