Description:
Students will teach art in an elementary school in the rural community of Santa Cruz located one half hour from Granada in southern Spain. There will be trips to the Alhambra in Granada as well as to Malaga and the Picasso Museum on the Mediterranean Sea. Students will lodge in a four bedroom, three baths historic Cortijo with catered meals and transportation to and from the airport, yoga, massage therapy and beautiful scenery with time to be inspired and make art. Designed to meet the 1.5 credits required of the course Laboratory Experience and Practicum in Art Education. All are students are eligible to apply.
