This course is designed to extend the possibilities of the use and experimentation of marks on traditional and unorthodox surfaces. The student is to be challenged to use the concepts of Abstract Drawing I toward the development of visual logic. Investigation of diversified media will be explored. Also the addition of color as a viable element will be added; however, the emphasis will be on non-traditional use. Thematic and systemic approaches will be used in conjunction with sustained assignments. Satisfies: Studio Elective
