(Fall; Odd Years; 3.00 Credits; N) This course covers basic principles and facts about nutrition, explores the role of nutrition in human health, and considers a range of societal and political issues surrounding food and nutrition in the U.S. and abroad. Prerequisites: So, Jr, or Sr. standing. Preference is given to students for whom Nutrition is a prerequisite for profession school. Offered every other year (odd years). Prerequisites: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing.
