Description:
Study of the theory and practice of instrumental analysis. Includes electrochemical,spectrophotometric, chromatographic, mass spectral and nuclear magnetic resonance methods as background for the separation, identification and analysis of chemical substances of clinical and biological importance. Three class hours and four laboratory hours weekly. Prerequisite: CH203. CH301, 302 highly recommended. Offered in 2004 and alternate years.
