This seminar focuses on career preparation. Students integrate the material learned through the undergraduate years, uncover the meanings associated with becoming a professional and explore career opportunities through a series of guest speakers. Requires presentations, preparation for senior thesis poster show and group project. Prerequisite: open to senior sociology majors and others by permission of the instructor. A GPA of 2.0 or higher in the major, or with permission of the department is required.
