An introduction to early childhood education, including analysis of children's needs; planning a balanced program; reporting to parents; and nurturing the young child's social experiences, self discipline, independence and creativity. Students develop teaching and communications skills appropriate for early childhood education. Students will arrange play experiences, organize physical space for early childhood learning and develop a case study.
