In this course, students combine skills from a range of studies to explore designing and producing objects. Students work with a variety of tools to learn how to design and finish presentation models. Students use metal shop machinery and painting equipment to learn the techniques commonly employed in accurate scale-model fabrication, assembly and finishing. Students are also introduced to the basic principles of computer numerated controlled model creation. Prerequisites: ELDS 205, IDUS 212.
