This course covers the principles of personal selling techniques, presentation skills, the art of persuasion, negotiating, and account-building in the wholesale markets through lectures and workshops. Students learn the effects of an organization's culture on the management process, including decision-making, planning, structure, leadership, and defining control, and how these are viewed from a global perspective. Prerequisites: BUSI 265, FASM 245.
