The course introduces students to macroeconomics as a core discipline and part of a well rounded liberal education. It is designed to provide essential experience for the understanding of the commercial aspects of art and to learn the discipline as a public policy tool. Students gain insight into critical thinking in economic terms and to evaluate significant global events. Prerequisite: MATH 100 or MATH 101 or MATH 201 or a passing score on the Math Competency Exam.
