Students create tableaux vivants (environments based on historical works of art), which serve as the site of enactments during a public event or celebration. Concepts for the tableaux vivants are developed and built collaboratively in mixed media. The course is designed to introduce students to a variety of skills, including working with a client, portfolio documentation and performance production. Prerequisites: DSGN 102 and permission of the department chair.
