Prerequisite: BIOL 1107 OR 1107H, and admission to the Honors Program, or permission of instructor. A more in-depth treatment of topics covered in BIOL 1108. In addition to normal lecture format, students will participate in group discussions and debates on recent important discoveries and issues in biology. Lab content will be similar to BIOL 1108, but will also include problem-solving activities and fieldwork.
