A study of the skills and techniques needed for effective managerial and executive communications including basic psychological principles involved in communication behavior. Theoretical and practical training in effective presentational speaking for business and professions. Review of recent nonverbal communication literature, physical characteristics, and personal appearance. Course content will relate to each student's major field.
