Included are the elements of statics and mechanics of material: concurrent and noncurrent force systems, moments and couples, equilibrium, centroids and moment of inertia, stress and strain, shear and moment diagrams, elastic column buckling, flexural and shearing stresses in beams, and truss analysis.
