The fundamentals of military law, its impact on the American military society, and its place in the jurisdictional system. A history of the military courts martial as it relates to the jurisdictional process of American society. A study of the Law of Land Warfare and its relationship to the conduct of soldiers in combat. This course includes lecture, laboratory, and physical readiness training. Corequisite: MY 404 Laboratory.
