3 Credits Airline-Airport Operations is a comprehensive overview of the symbiotic and dynamic relationship between airline and airport operations. This course focuses on the day-to-day issues that airline and airport management must address in order to effectively operate. The student will develop an understanding of current issues impacting the relationship between airlines and airports. A historical overview, current airport and airline operational characteristics, regulatory perspectives, current political and financial environment, air service development, and future issues are studied. Prerequisite: BA 201.
