Areas of study include constitutional amendments, legislative enactments and case law related to sport and the administration of sport programs; contracts, labor agreements, product liability, tort law and risk management. Prerequisites: Senior status sport management major. Prerequisite: Sport Management majors only or with permission of the instructor. 3 credit hours.
