An analysis of the management process involved in the designing and managing of a sport facility as well as the skills and processes associated with administering a sport event whether it be participant centered (e.g. road race, youth tennis tournament) or spectator centered (e.g., college football game, basketball game, professional golf tournament). Prerequisites: SPM201 and SPM320 with a grade of 2 or higher. Prerequisite: Sport Management majors only or with permission of the instructor. 3 credit hours.
