Prereq: EXT 370, 371, 372 or permission of instructor and a minimum of 18 completed credits in the certificate program. Open only to students of the Emergency Management Certificate. Internship is designed primarily for stu dents who have had little exposure to the field of emergency management. Students find their own placement to gain hands-on practical experience with a public, private, or nonprofit organization. Program provides guidance and goals. S/U grading. Repeatable to a maximum of 6 credits.
