Individually arranged practicum with a community health agency providing a minimum of 320 hours of experience and 15 hours of seminar. Supervised by university faculty and personnel from the health agency. Students typically take the course in the last semester before graduation. Prerequisites: HSCI 4307, HSCI 4309, and HSCI 4311; 12 additional hours of Health Sciences courses; HSCI GPA of 2.7 or better; and departmental approval.
