SPAN 150 - Accelerated Introductory Spanish

Intended for students who are placed into the second-semester level Spanish, without having taken previous Spanish courses at SU. The coursework is very similar to that of SPAN:104. It focuses on further development of speaking, reading, writing and listening skills, along with any necessary review, to prepare students for continued study of Spanish at the 200-level. Students who place into SPAN:150 must take the course in their freshman or sophomore year. Those who do not complete the course by the end of their sophomore year will see their placement revert to SPAN:103. Students who complete SPAN:150 may enroll in SPAN:201. 4 SH. Core: Intellectual Skills, Foreign Language.
