Introduction to creating ceramic forms using hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques. Student will learn the basic forming methods employed in making ceramic forms, and basic glazing and decorating techniques will be covered. Satisfies humanities distribution requirement for AAS degree under permance/skill category. Maximum of 5 credits. Prerequisite(s): ART-131 for 132; ART-132 and ART-102 (or 103 or 105) for 133. ART-102, 103 and 105 recommended for all studio concentrations.
