Topics in Contemporary Sculpture will explore contemporary sculpture practice through ideas. The course is a studio course with lectures, readings, demonstrations and assigned problems. Lectures and readings will address issues in both 20th and 21st century sculpture. Studio problems are intended to encourage a personal understanding of thinking sculpturally and realizing the ideas generated. Satisfies: Studio Elective
