This course provides an introduction to organizational leadership from a Christian perspective. Students learn fundamental concepts of leadership, visionary leadership, team building, communication, power, and liaison skills. A variety of learning methods, including case studies, role plays, research, role playing exercises, and other experiential methods are used to promote learning of Christian leadership concepts.
