Through gaining a better understanding of photography, learn proven techniques to produce quality photographs. Focus on both the technical and creative aspects of photography. With a required 35mm single lens reflex (SLR) camera, work with black and white materials only. Learn how to use the SLR camera, develop black and white film, and make black and white prints. Weekly shooting assignments will be completed outside of class. Required: 35mm single lens reflex (SLR) camera.
