Close Reading is designed to introduce students to the work of an art historian by in-depth reading and researching of a focused art historical topic; content will change year to year. For Spring 2009 the subject will be Marcel Duchamp. Open to all, but priority enrollment for art history majors. Satisfies: Art History Major and Minor requirements and may be taken as a Liberal Arts elective.
