This course serves as a capstone experience for students by giving an overview of the biblical, theological, and philosophical foundations of youth ministry through interactions with the leading youth ministry practitioners and teachers in North America. Students will be guided through a managed experience of the National Youthworkers Convention, which offers a wealth of opportunities for interaction with top youth ministry leaders in order to develop their own proficiency. Additionally, students will meet in a weekly campus seminar to discuss issues related to ministry professionalism and for student presentations based on the convention. Class 3. Prerequisites: CMIN 3103 and Permission of Instructor. (Fall, Even years)
