HRM 3310 Financial Budgetary Issues in Human Resource Management 3,0 Designed to acquaint the student with the vital role of capital resources within any organization. After developing awareness of the critical role of capital, the course is designed to develop an understanding of the functions of working capital management, capital budgeting, and long-term financing. It is recommended that students have completed ACC 2302, Managerial Accounting, before taking this course.
