This course is an introductory course for first year business majors. The focus in on introducing the concepts of business as well as a broad overview of what students can expect as they go through the BBA program. Topics include trends in business, management and organization, human resource issues, marketing, use of information for strategy and decision making, and finance and investment issues. Students will be introduced to a variety careers as well as practical and professional skills.
