Examines the gaseous state, liquid state, solid-state, thermodynamics, homogeneous chemical equilibria and phase equilibria from both experimental and conceptual viewpoints. Three class hours and three laboratory hours weekly. Prerequisites: The equivalent of Arcadia courses CH203, PH202 or 212, MA202.
